How to Turn on Spam Filter in Merak Mail Server
- Go to our site: https://www.comentum.com
- Click on Client Center (upper right of web site) and click Admin
- Click on your Domain Name (underlined) to view email accounts
- Click on the email account that you wish to turn on Spam filter.
- Click on the Options tab (on top) and check the
"Service access - Anti-Spam" and click OK - (please leave the other options as is)
Important: After you check Anti-Spam and click OK:
- A folder name "Spam" will be created in your Web Mail under the folder list (on top right corner).
- The Spam messages will be delivered to the Spam folder.
- Messages inside the Spam folder that are older than 5 days will be automatically deleted.
- There are times that a Non-Spam message may slip into the "Spam" folder, therefore you may want to
login to your Web Mail and select "Spam" folder and:
- Quickly browse through your Spam messages
- Delete Spam messages
- Move the Non-Spam messages to your Inbox Folder.
