* Revisions to the provided design and functionalities, and consultation are based on reasonable number of hours. Below approximate hours are considered as reasonable revisions or consultations for each package: Self Starter: 10 revisions and consultation hours, Essential: 20 revisions and consultation hours, Professional: 40 revisions and consultation hours, Enterprise: 60 revisions and consultation hours.

** The number of hours for site installation is based on the type of hosting or servers that the client selects. For example, if the hosting company provides the latest PHP version software with all required plug-ins, the installtion should be complted within 5 hours.

*** Security implementation and receing and keeping a PCI Compliance Certificate from a PCI Compliance approved authority (for example, Trustwave or Security Metrics) is an ongoing security maintainace and scanning process (similar to running weekly virus scans) and it is based on selecting and maintaing a PCI complaince server and hosing service. If the server or hosting company has all security and PCI Compliance in place, the initial PCI Compliance security work should be complted within 5 hours. Any PCI Compliance services over 5 hours will be charged at Comentum's current hourly rate. The subsequent ongoing PCI compliance scanning needs to be provided by an Approved PCI Compliance Authority such as Trustwave or Security Metrics and the PCI Compliance Authority recommendation(s) can be implemented at Comentum's current hourly rate.
